Welcome to ProsoPlate. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProsoPlate mobile application ("App") provided by Prosoche ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using ProsoPlate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using ProsoPlate, you accept these Terms and agree to use the App at your own responsibility. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
ProsoPlate is a mindful eating application that helps users develop awareness around their eating habits through tracking meals, managing cravings, and practicing mindfulness techniques. The App is intended for informational and personal development purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
ProsoPlate offers subscription-based access to premium features:
Your data is stored locally on your device and synced through your iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud credentials. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device loss, theft, or unauthorized access to your accounts.
You agree to use ProsoPlate only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
ProsoPlate is designed to support mindful eating practices and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The App does not provide medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or if you have concerns about eating disorders or other health conditions.
All content, features, and functionality of ProsoPlate, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Prosoche and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prosoche shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prosoche and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or by other means. Your continued use of ProsoPlate after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to ProsoPlate immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prosoche is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prosoche regarding your use of ProsoPlate and supersede any prior agreements.
