I created ProsoPlate to transform my relationship with food. After years of diet cycling and willpower-based approaches, I discovered that curiosity works better than control.

ProsoPlate applies the Clarity Method-a framework grounded in the neuroscience of craving and reward prediction error. Instead of tracking calories, you track awareness.
